#AskTheExpert I God my periods 13 days earlier and last month it came 14 days late.... plz tell me is it normal ...?

If in case you have delivered about 1 year or more then yes it can be considered as normal and no need to vary but in case if no recent deliveries then you need to follow a Healthy lifestyle with timely intake of food along with daily walking and meditation which is very beneficial to regularise your mensis

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. Seems normal. everything is possible after delivery depending on your body n hormones. It's normal after delivery. There is nothing much to worry. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take time.it may even take a year to resume for few. It differs for each mum. it's all due to hormonal imbalance post delivery.
