#asktheexpert I give healthy food to my son everyday. he eats all the vegitables, fruits and dryfruits but still he is very lean. what could be the reason for it. what is the healthy diet for kids

A. Hi Mom, Concentrate on more protein rich foods. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables into your child's diet. Include dairy products such as yogurt, milk, cheese, butter, ghee etc. Don't worry if your child is active and playful. Thank you.
