#asktheexpert I gave Shrikhand to my baby and he cried the whole night, tried giving gripe water still couldn’t stop. He slept for sometime and again woke up crying. There was no change in diet apart from Shrikhand. Should I discontinue giving it to him? Or I can try giving again?

A. Dear mum, you can try giving shrikhand to your baby. It is unlikely that your child was crying for having shrikhand. You can give during the morning time. Prefer to give the one which is not flavoured.
