#asktheexpert I feel very lonely even after having a beautiful bbay girl. Actually doctor did my hystectomy after delivery.she was my cousin's wife and she always envy my relationship with my husband. So I believe she did it on purpose. I don't know what to do. please help

mam,first remove all kind of negativity from your mind.
practice yoga or mediation daily which will help to calm down yourself as well as give inner peace.
take homemade healthy diet.
drink plenty of fluids.
spend quality time with your family.
stay calm and positive.
Read good books or listen music which help you to soothe your self.
