#AskTheExpert I dont feel any pleasure while making out . My doctor said after child birth this condition will improve but no improvement at all. What should i do and what is the problem.

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, plan for dinner or outing. And relax yourself first. Try to do walking in a day for about half an hour or Yoga which ever you are comfortable to relax yourself and to relax your mind. Have a healthy diet food and take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated which is very important. Once you are relaxed everything will be fine.Write Your Answer Here
