Q.

#AskTheExpert I don't have much breast milk so I am giving my 4 week's baby a formula milk (Lactodex 1). hence my query is that if 2oz formula (around 75ml) milk every 3 hours for 4 week baby is sufficient?

A. hi mom. please read the instructions which is given over the formula feed bottle and do not cross the quantity more than that. and also if you are giving breastfeeding along with that give only the formula milk to or three times for milk production, feed the baby continuously which will help you to produce more. the more milk you give the baby the more milk will be produced. completely empty one breast before going to the other and lets the baby correctly. include jeera fenugreek flax seed, in the diet. have lots of water and also have raw papaya daily which will help to produce milk. relax more and get rid of the tension. and also you can use Babyhug Manual Breast pump With 2 Suction Modes to express milk if you can't feed properly . pumping also increases milk.
