#AskTheExpert I didn't use stomach belt after cesarean delivery last year can I use it now to reduce my stomach.? or can I get any tips to reduce my tummy

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. Even if you use stomach belt it is still useless in reducing the tummy fat.
You can start working out at anytime and you can start doing all sorts of exercises along with portion control now
