#asktheexpert I delivered twins at 32 weeks.twin 1 weighing 1545gms and twin 2 1860 gms twin 2 is being discharged today with 1800gms and twin 1 is being held up until he gains weight till 1800gms or 35 weeks otherwise he is completely fine can we get twin1 discharged with twin 2 or should we wait

Madam you cannot decide whether you should be discharging first one with the second one or not a doctors are going to advise you depending upon the situation if they advise you then you can take a discharge and if they don’t then you will have to wait for some more time
