Q.

#asktheexpert I delivered in month of October via c section. have taken proper care. still I have pain in my backbone ( where anesthesia injection was given). I can't lift and walk my baby more than 5 mins because of the pain. what should I do to reduce or recover from that pain.

A. as you had undergone a cesarean section then for any pain or discomfort or disability you should please consult with your gynecologist and it is not possible to suggest anything like this
