RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. Mam it is little heavy so if you want to have it if you had it in a very moderate quantity is not a problem but don’t have it in heavy quantity otherwise it is actually proven to have gas related issues so you have to have it in a very limited amount
