Q.
#asktheexpert I bought a Babyhug milk bottle cleanser. Is it safe to use because My baby is Preemie and doctor had asked me to be very careful while pumping breast milk and sending him the bottle to the NICU. I normally clean the bottle with very hot water and sterilize it in hot boiling water for 15mins.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Stay hydrated healthy
