A. Hello dear parent! Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Be physically active as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
