Q.

#AskTheExpert i am unable to make milk frequently. It takes atleast 6-7 hrs to make milk that too 90 ml from both the breast. what should I do?

A. You can take support of lactation supplements you can go ahead with fenugreek capsule Shatavari powder there are lot of options available in the market these days I’m just suggesting you either of the two you can go ahead and if it helps in increasing your lactation then you can continue with them easily till the time of six months and if it does not then I would recommend you to start go for competition feeling where one time you can go for your breast feeding and the other time you can go ahead with giving formula feeding
