Q.

#asktheexpert I am struggling with breastfeeding as I can't produce milk as required by my baby. Is there any suggestions how can I increase milk.

A. Include garlic or spinach eggs and lean meats in your diet and take at least 3 L of water per day. Milk with dry fruit and nut powder will also help.Write Your Answer Here

A. Hi parent I suggest you take two leptadene tablets twice a day with glass of milk daily it is very helpful you can take aswgndha powder or satavari granules with glass of milk daily please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet
