#AskTheExpert I am Srishti's mother and have tested positive.. have been self quarantined with doc suggested medication but my daughter now had started coughing. Could you please advice the medication and next steps

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 2.4 years old and you are Covid positive then isolated your self and she is having coughs and cold then give her syrup chericof 4 ml three times a day and steam inhalation and nutritious food items

And if baby is also positive then you should consult with your paediatrician about it so doctor can advise you well after checking the infection baby is having. Till the time don’t give any medication. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
