#asktheexpert I am pregnant and my delivery date is in December. I want to know what should I do for normal delivery??

A. Hello dear. Doing regular walking and regular house hold chores itself will help a lot. From 34 weeks onwards doing regular perineal massage will help. That helps in stretching of the vulva
