#AskTheExpert i am planning for second baby.. my son is two year old now.. what should I take care of before i plan.. earlier also it was being difficult to conceive.. i took a treatment and lots of medicine.. i don't want to go through it again..

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. just keep taking high protein diet on a daily basis and do regular walking and that itself should help in maintaining your pregnancy. as of conception you have to consult a doctor
