#asktheexpert I am obese now after birth of my 2nd c section....plz help to reduce weight...I am 37 years old before birth weight was 70 now it's 87....not reducing

ExpertCharul VermaNutritionist4 years agoA. hi if you are breasfeeding now then please take good protiens , variety of vegetables , fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well with liquids this will help in better quality of milk and also weight loss
