Q.

#AskTheExpert I am not lactating from from 1st of delivery.. so I feed my 5 months baby with buffalo milk with 1:2 ratio of water n milk shud I continue with it or shud I switch to cow milk.

A. it is not advisable to use cows milk or buffalo milk to baby atleast up to the age of one year most of the times the in kidneys of the baby may not tolerate the solute load of this milk

A. hi if your child feel comfortable with it then it is ok to offer. but if we compare cow and buffalo milk ,cow milk is safe and easily digestible . so if you want to offer it you can. but whenever you introduce it first time, offer it in very small quantity and check whether your child is allergic to it or not.
