#AskTheExpert i am new mother have 5days old baby boy. Got inverted and flat nipples and is difficult to feed him. Doc recommended to use nipple shields as i got worse cracked nipples. But the milk from shields is not enought for baby can i take any supplement to increase the milk supply

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day and also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning and use mamaearth nipple butter cream for cracked nipples. Take care

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 4 m old girl2 years agoA. hi yes you can take supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day for this mam,you can apply nipcare cream to treat cracked nipples but always Rinse it well before you start feeding
