#AskTheExpert i am mother of 7 months baby, since post my normal delivery. i m feeling leg cramps, i feel somebody is pulling my leg. it happens whole night and i don't get proper sleep because of that. can you please tell why this happens?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. see orthopedic. sometimes period can be delayed in breastfeeding but then care about contraception. see its best to see a doctor, a gynac who can direct check n advise a good test. this will allay all anxiety n detect a pregnancy too if at all there is one

continue with your pre natal supplements...
have healthy and balanced diet
keep yourself well hydrated..
