#AskTheExpert I am mother of 4months 19 days baby. I can feel my milk supply is going low sometimes. any best food to regain supply.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 5 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes ,it happens. it happens because of improper latching or stress. so please make sure your child latches properly. avoid taking stress. add some food items like ginger, garlic, ajwain seeds, fenugreek seeds , nuts , dry fruits, etc in your diet which helps to increase breastmilk supply.
