#AskTheExpert I am mommy of 20 month old baby girl my query is that can i give pacifier to my baby as she is teething and va only thing she use to get calm is with pacifier. we have tried different kinds of teether but she doesn't like those teether.she is only interested in pacifier. so is the use of pacifier is safe or not?

yes you can give pacifier to your kid but make sure that this doesn't develop into a prolonged habit..
also try to give your kid chilled silicone based teething rings to chew on

No Introducing a pacifier to the child at any age is not considered good it is going to spoil the alignment of the teeth also if you give it to the child it’s okay if your child is having pain I understand it would be troublesome for you but you really cannot give a pacifier to the child
