#AskTheExpert I am mom of two kids … at the time of both delivery I gained weight But after some time lost many kgs Please advise to put on my weight

A. hi mom try to eat good proteins and calories include fresh fruits milkshakes lassi curd rice paneer or egg or chicken rice add nuts powder in milk daily
