#AskTheExpert I am mom of two( 4yr, 1.5yr) . Got stretch marks and is not firm on stomach. Need advice for stretch marks and workout

A. Massage stretch marks with coconut oil twice a day they can be lightened but not disappear completely healthy diet and exercise will help. Cut down on sugary salty foods. Drink lots of water. Take small frequent meals. Go for brisk walk. yoga will help. Be persistent in your efforts.
