#asktheexpert I am mom of 4 month old baby as today I am suffering from sore throat can I use dabur Sitopaladi churan for that as I am breastfeeding so don't have any idea whether to use or not

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl7 months agoA. It is hundred percent Ayurvedic and it is very good you can take it three times in the day if you want to take it but don’t take water on top of that makes it with honey and have and swirl it into the mouth for a while before you swallow it
