#AskTheExpert I am migrain patient I take sometimes ultracet and naxdom and i breastfeed, is it safe to my two months baby I don't breastfeed him give hours if I take naxdom but after ultracet i feed him, please guide me what to do

A. Experts say it's generally safe to take the pain medication Ultracet (tramadol and acetaminophen) while you're breastfeeding. Although both tramadol and acetaminophen pass into breast milk, the amounts are very small, and studies have shown both drugs to be safe for infants.
