#asktheexpert I am in my 2nd month of pregnancy. I am always constipated. I am able to pass stool after every 2-3 days. I always feel full with gas acidity and nausea. please give solution.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You should drink plenty of water atleast 8 to 10 glasses in a day and eat fibre rich fruits and vegetables and start having a cup of warm milk at bed time and add little desi ghee or badam rogan to it
