#AskTheExpert I am heaving heavy bleeeing dueing most of my peruod cycles.I take Pause MF , but still the bleeding lasts for 4-5 days. My age 34 yrs

start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly for three months

Maintain hydration
Do some light exercise yoga regularly
Maintain hygiene
Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food stay hydrated
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Give adequate water
