#asktheexpert I am having runny nose, and so much sneezing due to allergy. it worsens at night. kindly guide me what to do.

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. have tab sinarest thrice a day for three days. take more rest. drink lukewarm water. have steam inhalation with Vicks vapocap. if still persists then visit your doctor for antibiotics

Ya take sinarist Before you go to sleep it is going to be better take steam religiously 2 to 3 times in a day and if needed you can nebulise yourself even which is plain water that’s going to help and this is just a temporary solution you should go for a proper permanent course of treatment with homoeopathic medicines
