Whatever you prepare at home try to give the same food for the baby but make sure it is less oil and less spicy. Give different type of veggies, fruits, pulses, fibre and calcium food. Make a timetable which will make easier so that you can cover all type of nutrient foods. In between that you can give liquids like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home, milkshakes, vegetable soups. Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria which interns helps in improving the appetite. Include banana in morning snacks.Write Your Answer Here
