Many times it’s very common to gain weight post tubectomy due to hormonal changes
Don’t worry u can reduce that weight with healthy lifestyle and diet
Have small and frequent meals meals
Start your meals with salad and glass of chia seed water (1 tsp chia seeds )
Include protein with every meal like milk, curd, paneer, dal, sprouts, soya, egg, lean chicken, fish
Replace roti with jowar, ragi, bajra atleast 3 times a weak
Have more fruits and vegetables and less sugar, sweet, fried food, juices and bakery products
Water 3l of water
Practice 45 min of physica workout and 10 mins of deep breathing exercise daily
