#AskTheExpert I am feeling very lethargic after doing a little work , it seems that I have lost my energy not enjoying any activity which I used to enjoy , my bp is normal .some day back I suffered from cold and fever and dry cough ..pls advice what to do

This can be because of cold and fever. You should take a proper rest for next few days and maintain a proper diet. Drink lots of water to keep your body hydrated. Check your oxygen level regularly. And try to stay in an isolation to keep your family member safe. And eating well is the only solution to get your energy back
