#asktheexpert I am feeling constipated after my delivery. My baby was born on 27July 2021. Please suggest bhow can I treat this constipation.

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually after delivery it is quite naturally when I suffered a lot after my delivery at the food intake also might add ghee in n your food diet and also so just try to apply some warm Castrol to the tummy t and also soaked raisins overnight and eat early morning along with the water
