#asktheexpert i am expecting second baby ,7th month is running. in last pregnancy there was very rare milk supply in my breast.what should i do so that my second baby received good amount of milk

Usually it’s not confirmed that if you have had any issue in the first pregnancy it will happen in the second also but just to be on the safer side you should consume plenty of fluids you should have a high protein rich diet and also you can start taking lactation and supplements before you complete your delivery time after consulting your doctor
