A. making her drink more water will help with little amount of urine at a time as water intake reduces the heat generated in the body.sometimes baby's drink more milk and sometimes less nothing to worry.this is my opinion.

A. if the baby is 4 months old and if the baby is not taking proper breastfeeding as before you should consult with your doctor and also if there is any issue with the breast feeding consult your lactational expert

A. hi if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything. ensure that your child should pass urine atleast 7 or 8 times in a day. feed your child on demand. dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. Maintain good hygiene but if your child feels discomfort while passing urine or if he or she passes urine with foul or fishy smell then you should consult your pediatrician.
