Q.

#AskTheExpert I am at 34th week, my HB is 10.8.. during my 1st pregnancy I had BP issue at this time.. but this time HB is lower than reference value.. is it cause to increase BP in my body?? please clarify me..

A. hi mom no low hb does not lead to bp problems .. they r not related .. u should take iron supplements and iron and protein rich diet .. tc

A. Hi Mommy Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Do some light exercise yoga regularly Wash hands often before touching your baby Give adequate feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding
