Q.

#AskTheExpert i am able to express only 30 ml breastmilk at a time. can i give 30ml formula milk after 30ml breastfeed?

A. No ,gap between breast feeding and formula feeding,minimum 30 minutes time required, U can do one thing first give formula milk how mach amount required after 1 hour or 2 hours give ur milk

A. By My information for 30 ML is good enough for a child whose one month old so continue with that but if your child is hungry and you do not have sufficient breastfeeding then yes of course you can start giving formula feeding to the child because it is very important for a child to have proper milk when the child is hungry
