#AskTheExpert I am a working mother and i am trying to stop breastfeeding (weaning) . I don't feed him during the day at all. I give him only night feeds. Is this ok?

A. Yes See actually you can practically quit breastfeeding after the age of one year at any point of time so start introducing any other mail during the night time also that then it would be easier for you to quit breastfeeding in totality but before that you have to make sure that your child is used to having any other milk apart from breast feeding
