#asktheexpert I am a mother of 40 days old baby...I had normal vaginal delivery. from the past 4-5 days I'm having pain from my stitches due to perineal tears...pain is felt while touching that area or while sitting only.what to do?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. please avoid or stop any kind of strain on tge stitch line. avoid sex too. then est more of fibre.See you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.
