#asktheexpert I am a mother of 3 years old, my daughter isn't gaining weight it's constant seens last one year, I am a little worried. what should I do or what food should I give her for her growth?

The food is basic that you are meant to give to the child whatever you are preparing at home for your entire family there is nothing separate you have to give but if the weight is not increasing then that maybe due to some nutritional issue you need to check with your doctor regarding that
