Cut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

See Sometimes designs are possible after delivery but you know now at this time after 1.5 years of age it’s not good I think you are suffering from hormone which is why it is happening you consult your kind apologist for a course of medication and treatment if required for it and after that you’ll be just like back on track
