ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. stay active. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good morning make sure that you stay active but don't do any strainous work check a healthy balanced diet have one teaspoon of ghee throughout the day keep going to the doctor for regular check ups
