#AskTheExpert I am 40 years old woman ..mother of two kids 9 years and 3 years .. these days I feel very hot and also gets red patches...I feel stress also on small things ..do I need any medication ?I think it's menopause time though my periods normal

Yes its too early for Menopause
But in some women perimenopausal period can be long
Relax
Do some light exercises, pranayam and yoga or meditation
Drink 3-4 litres of water per day
Eat well balanced hygienic diet
See a physician
