#AskTheExpert I am 38week pregnant still my baby head not down . which excercise I need to do that in that case.

A. Doing regular squats is the best But you should 1st consult with your doctor And take their advice whether your condition is suitable to do the squats If there is any obstruction you should directly go for the c-sections Delivery

A. hello dear in this case and at this time it is very important that you should do any kind of exercise only if your doctor recommend you so you should personally ask you doctor and then do any kind of exercise if required otherwise it is also possible that even at the last moment or during the labour been also the child change his position
