#AskTheExpert I am 37 weeks pregnant my cervix diluted to 1 cm. Can you tell me when labor will get start?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. you still have much time to deliver in many patients 1 cm dilation may remain till 2 to 3 weeks you can wait till 39 weeks
after 39 weeks start doing squats which helps easy normal delivery
