#AskTheExpert i am 37 weeks 4 days pregnant. i have white discharge from the last 2 days it seems light pinkish or brownish shade after dried. but when white discharge it looks in white color. today i feel the baby in my pelvic bottom when i walk. how much time is left in my delivery and how can i know about opening of the cervix?

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Wash hands often before touching your baby
