Q.

#AskTheExpert I am 36 years old, 8 months pregnant and working. I have regular pain in my lower back, hips, thighs, legs and cramps in my legs. I am not able to walk properly. And this pain disturbs me during sleep. It makes me uncomfortable. Pls guide.

A. please rest n walk. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
