#AskTheExpert I am 35years old woman having c section 16months back. I had back pain during pregnancy and after delivery also haing sever back pain as I have to do all daily work and taking care of baby and also sit long hours in office. taking supracal hd in alternative days and d3 60k tablet weekly for the pain. but no help. plz help me with ayurvedic medicine
