#AskTheExpert I am 30 years old mother having twins aged 3 years had irregular periods from 3 years.. used to take meprate.20 days before got my period which lasts for 3 days... after 10 days spotting happens continuously 2 days once... consulted doctor.. he suggested marine coil.. pls suggest

Hence better to show to a doctor there onlyIf you want to get lose weight and the marks then best is to eat more of fruits and vegetables and do cardio workout
